Modern projects demand flexibility, continuous collaboration, and a relentless focus on delivering value. This course builds the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to lead projects using Agile principles — and to bring the right people along for the journey.

You will explore the Agile Manifesto's core values and 12 principles, understanding how the Agile mindset differs from traditional plan-driven approaches. From there, you will apply two of the most widely used Agile frameworks — Scrum and Kanban — to manage work in short, iterative cycles, using tools like Product Backlogs and Kanban Boards to visualise workflow and prioritise for maximum customer value.

A significant focus of this course is stakeholder management. You will learn to identify, categorise, and prioritise stakeholders based on influence and interest, and develop a formal Stakeholder Engagement Strategy that keeps communication structured and expectations aligned across every sprint and iteration.
